Treasurer
Richard Lawrence is the Treasurer of Exmouth and Exeter East Conservatives.
Richard was previously an East Devon District Councillor for Whimple & Rockbeare, prior to the last district elections. He is a strong community champion for the village of Whimple.
The Treasurer is responsible for the finances of the association, including drafting budgets for elections, day-to-day spending etc.
