Chairman
Philip Skinner is the Chairman of Exmouth and Exeter East Conservatives.
He was previously also the Leader of the Conservative Group on East Devon District Council, prior to the last district elections.
The Chairman is responsible for leading the association, the management team and the Executive Council.
